Food Incubator

The Food Incubator is a commercial kitchen facility for developing new products, packaging, catering of meals, as well as, small scale agro-processing of items including beverages, sauces, baked products, and other specialty food items. It fulfils the needs of small enterprises that have their own workers, and orders to fill but no operating space or equipment.
The incubator is also used to conduct workshops and as a production kitchen for catering events.

Users of the space are required to provide their own utensils (inclusive of cooking/preparation vessels).
The kitchen can accommodate specialized equipment from users, providing that the electrical specifications of the equipment are compatible with the incubators (110V and 220V 3 phase available). Prior discussion and approval is needed before granting permission to use such equipment.
