The Goat Revolving Programme is funded by the Kingston Lions Club in association with the Goat Breeders Association, JAMALCO & the Agricultural Credit Board. The programme offerings are aimed at enhancing MSMEs' involvement in agriculture through specific activities as well as to encourage participants to see agriculture as a viable career choice.
