OBF is a microfinancing institution that was established in 1984 in Jamaica. Having been the first microfinance institution in Jamaica, their main focus is to provide quick and easy loans to micro and small businesses across the island. Their targeted clientele is focused on business operators who are not able to readily acquire similar assistance from traditional banking institutions.
