Completed Application Form
Two (2) passport-sized Photographs
Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
Valid Identification e.g. Driver's License, Voters ID and Passport
List of assets that may be used to secure the loan
Two (2) Character Reference Letters (letters of recommendation which speak to the applicant's personal and business background, character and community involvement).
Proof of Address (Utility Bills and rent or mortgage payment receipts for the last six (6) months)

To apply for this loan, a business must access ACCESS Financial Services' website and locate the ACCESS MicroBIZ Loan's page in the Business Loans section of the website. Fill out the "REQUEST A LOAN" form located at the right-hand side to request information on the loan.
