Qualifications
Applicants must be:
Farmers who have had a relationship with an Approved Receivable Company for at least 2 years, or
Sole Trader farmers who can provide at least 23 months financial statements and TAJ Income Tax Returns
The borrower must be a member of RADA or an industry approved board
For the purchase of land, up to 60% of the cost will be financed
At least ones month's payment must remain in a designated debt servicing account for the life of the facility
