Documents Required
Copy of certificate of fitness, title, and registration
An application form (which is provided by JNSBL at the time of the loan interview; it is also available on the website and in offices located island-wide)
Two (2) passport size photographs
Two (2) written references (at least one from a Justice of the Peace, school principal, pastor or senior police officer)
Proof of address (Utility bills or verification forms signed and sealed by a Justice of the Peace. Verification forms are provided by JNSBL)
