Andrew is a Director with Symptai Consulting Limited, a leader in Information Security Assurance and Advisory Services, where he has responsibility for Efficiency, Growth, Innovation and Disruption. He has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in Information Systems Audit, Security and Data Protection and has provided advisory services in areas such as IT Governance Review and Implementation, Information Systems Security Assessment, Security Incident Response and Forensics and Information/Data Privacy. With a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, Mr Nooks holds certifications from industry-leading organizations. Some of his certifications include a CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a CIPM: Certified Information Privacy Manager, a CDPSE: Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer and a CIPP/E: Certified Information Privacy Professional in Europe. Mr. Nooks is also on the Board of Directors at eGov Jamaica Limited and an Adjunct Lecturer at UTECH. All of Mr. Nooks’ qualifications and experience in the IT world has made him an experienced speaker and thought leader in information security, information privacy and all related domains.
