partnership which provides organizational people development and logistic services. She
has over 25 years of expertise in Business Development, Employer/Employee Relations,
General Management, Leadership, Personal Development Human Resource Development
and Industrial Relations. She is regarded as a change agent leading individuals and
enterprises to achieve their best potential. Mrs. Coke Lloyd is the former CEO of Jamaica
Employers Federation (JEF) where she served for ten (10) years. She is currently pursuing a
Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.
