Shani Duncan Falconer is experienced in Business Development and Entrepreneurship. Shani Duncan Falconer is the Group Senior Corporate Manager, JMMB SME Resource Center. Through the SME Resource Center, Shani helps SME’s deemed to be high potential by facilitating access to the
right resources to allow them to grow and develop throughout their business life cycle. She is a part-time lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Joan Duncan School of Entrepreneurship Ethics and Leadership at
UTECH. She and holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School, Barcelona Spain and a B.S from the University of Maryland College Park. Shani has over 16 years’ experience working with small businesses in various industries in Trinidad, Jamaica and the U.S. Shani also sits on the PSOJ Access to Finance facilitation panel and supports a number of work-streams including building out the SME Ecosystem and rethinking the credit adjudication framework and process.
Previously, she was Marketing Manager for Overture Technologies in Bethesda Maryland, Brand Manager for Wisynco Group Ltd, Business Development Manager for ATL limited, and a Business Consultant, where through her company STF Consulting she consulted with JMMB on their SME Strategy.
