NCB has recently launched their "NCB Gig Network" to enhance job opportunities for freelancers and small businesses.
Similar to popular job sites such as Upwork and Fiverr, it creates a space where available short-term assignments within the bank and its many branches are posted. Freelancer can then search, select and bid for suitable projects.
Alternately, Freelancers can also sign-up and get listed on the platform, displaying their expertise, services offered and hourly rates. Other businesses can then use the platform to find the perfect freelancer for their upcoming projects.
The platform allows for both parties to communicate and share files internally.
Payments to freelancers are paid electronically.
